• Registering with a false identity or using someone else's credentials.
• Placing bets using software bots or automation tools.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
• Fraud or harassment directed at other users.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Misuse of chargebacks or payment disputes.

Joya 7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time without prior notice. However, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will generally be returned.

Members may request account closure at any time. The self-exclusion option can be activated from the Responsible Gaming section. Once self-exclusion is enabled, the account cannot be reopened before the specified period ends.
